So... some adventure pictures:
Nial and I have been exploring and discovering new places in the Alpine Lakes Wilderness! These are from a fishing day trip we took up Index-Galena road which is now washed out due to storms and the Sky river re-routing itself.....
A couple weeks later we drove up to Jordan's "Secret Spot" on the Sky. After hanging out in the sun, we drove up some FS roads until we found an awesome waterfall!!! Unfortunately, it was really hard to get to and photograph but we still have some pretty pictures from downstream. Nial also scared the crap out of me scaling down the side of a mossy ravine in his neverending search for another great picture.
So one day while I was at work (the weekends is when I work the most, and OF COURSE, Nial is the opposite), Nial said he was going "Up." I said, "Where?" He responded, "Up. I want to go up HWY 2, then find somewhere to go hike up." Okay. So he ended up hiking all the way up Mt. Persis. Rad views...
